All email reservations.

Are subject to an advance warning of 24hrs, and are subject to a confirmation by return email, any reservations made within that 24hr period maybe void, upon arrival, ensure that you bring along the confirmation to confirm your booking. Which will display the time and date you made your request.

Discount Vouchers.

Vouchers are valid only for the period stated, that is 1st January 2012 until 29th February 2012, we will refuse acceptance after the 29th February 2012.

Dietary Conditions.

We endeavour to notify all our clientele on our website of any products or items on our menu’s which may contain products that they are either by ethics or due to medical reasons unable to consume/digest, should you have a concern it is your responsibility to alert our staff off any reason why you, or a member of your party/family may not be able to consume/digest an item on our menu.

We have taken every care possible to mark our dishes as being suitable for consumption by a varied sector of our clientele we will provide full information upon request when ordering, if a dish contains produce which maybe unsatisfactory for your consumption.

Should you our a member of your party have an allergy to any of the following please notify staff when ordering:

However our staff are not trained dietitians and therefore we cannot be held responsible nor can any of our staff, for any resulting illness from consuming a selection from our menu’s.

Entry To The Restaurant

The management reserves the right to deny access to the establishment or request that a client leave should the management suspect or have been informed that the client may pose a risk to the safety of others, or to any member of staff. The management also reserves the right to exclude a client should they suspect or have been informed that he/she is unable to pay any monies due after eating within the restaurant.

Identification

It is the managements responsibility to ensure that all clients are of the age when they are allowed to purchase alcoholic drinks the management reserves the right o request identification which demonstrates the date of birth and provides a photo ID of the client.
